How to fight the thoughts.
I am a very weak person. Whenever I lose someone within a relationship, I lose hope in my life. I try to fight the suicidal thoughts, but sometimes I see self harm as the only way.

RE: How to fight the thoughts.
Here's what I thought after breaking up with someone special, there are a lot of men out there waiting for their turn and the guy in my previous relationship is not the only "guy" in this world. As in there are still plenty of men to date around.

Maybe you should try to gain more friends so that you are not putting all of yourself into one person. That way when that one person goes away, you still have friends to help you move past it.

Remember he is only a person and not some kind of god. Things happen for a reason, I beleive. When one door closes another one opens FOR the better. It is has happened to me on several different incidents. Don't let him diminish your self esteem. You are better and stronger than him.

Yes, I think a wider social circle may help you. I know how hard it is and I've been in your shoes, but guys often come and go, while friends stick with you.

RE: How to fight the thoughts.
You might want to get some kind of help. Suicide shouldn't be a thought over losing someone. I know it's tough, but there are plenty of people out there for you and you'll always be fine. Just try to be happy with yourself and if a relationship doesn't work out, know that it won't hurt that bad after some time.

It sounds like you need to get involved in something you find meaning in and that strengthens you. Do you have a good job or would you be interested in going back to school for something that would make you feel more secure in yourself?

RE: How to fight the thoughts.
Suicidal thoughts are a serious problem, and should be a cause of concern. You might need some help -- either psychiatric, or from friends and family. You should talk to people and share your feelings after each break-up.

Also, try to have positive thoughts by telling yourself that every end is a new beginning.

RE: How to fight the thoughts.
You should ask the specialist for the help. Try to make new friends. It is very difficult to begin something new after breakup, but you should try. Believe that if you sit and think that all is awful, nobody could help you. Depression is bad. Do not drive yourself in depression.
