After a Great First Date
What do you usually do after a great first date? Do you wait to call the person for a few days later or do you do it the next day? Do you refuse to call and wait for the other person to call you?

RE: After a Great First Date
It depends on how it goes obviously, but I usually wait a couple of days. Texting or calling depends on how well you clicked I suppose. It's also nice when the other person is the one to contact you!

RE: After a Great First Date
I prefer for the guy to contact me, but if it's been a couple days and I haven't heard anything, I will text to see if he's open to seeing me again.

RE: After a Great First Date
I prefer to be contacted by the other person just so I know that they had a good time too. I will sometimes send a text message right after the date to say thanks and leave the lines of communication open.

RE: faktura vat marza
After a first date, what i usually like to do is expect a text from my date saying thank you and that she enjoyed her time. If that doesn't come, then I really don't think I will be getting a second. LOL

RE: After a Great First Date
You know, I think that waiting to see if the other person texts or calls you - to show interest - is silly. What if the other person is thinking the exact same thing? You might miss out on a great friendship (or more) because of it.

RE: After a Great First Date
If it goes really well, and if we kissed or more, I wouldn't wait days to contact them. Many times they'll call first. Why put off something you both want. If you call and they get upset, then forget it. Move on.

RE: After a Great First Date
I say I had fun the next day after a great first date yesterday. Then I will just proceed on doing the things that I usually do everyday, like working, cooking, reading books, sleeping or surfing the net. It's just that I see those events as experience, nothing serious.

I think sending just a simple text is a good way to break the ice and avoid any awkward situation. Sunglassforums.com |
